We enjoy eating avocados this way several times a week as well.  The kids can’t get enough of it.  A very healthy way to eat low-carb while getting a dose of healthy fats.  Very beneficial for raising your HDL.  Can eat this as an appetizer or a healthy lunch and 


Ingredients

  1. Cut a LoveCado in half

  2. Take out the pit

  3. Put the avocado in a small bowl 

  4. Pore Extra Virgin Olive oil into the hole of the avocado

  5. Add a touch of your best balsamic vinegar to the olive Oil

  6. Add salt and pepper

  7. Spoon out and enjoy!
